Picky young eaters!

Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdulillah, dah ramadhan ke-14. Sekejap sangat masa berlalu kan. Hopefully within this period of holy months, we have instilled the good deeds. Ok, saya nak share pengalaman saya sebagai seorang ibu kepada si cilik saya Husna Zahra. Husna is 8 months and she LOveS eat. When I mentioned LOVE, bukan sekadar suka, but she like to explore new food. Although the food seem tasteless for her (despite her 'yucky' face expression), she manage to finish all the food. Nevertheless, some mothers may face a difficulty time feeding her child.

" Haah madam, Saya ada adik umur 2 tahun, berlari satu kampung nak suruh makan. Is it normal?
"My niece would rather eating bread but not chicken/meat, vegetables/fruits or drinking milk, normal kah?"

" That is what we called the PICKY EATERS. I would rather say  a normal situation for SOME children. Believe it or not most of the case is due to the parents. We, PARENT tend to be afraid of the rejections, as been discussed in Link (2013)"

BUT WHY SOME OF THE CHILDREN TEND TO BE PICKY EATERS?

Picky eater habits start at the age of 2, when the children start to test their limits. This is the period whereby if the child reject the food once or twice,we as parents will NEVER go back to that particular food.

Sebagai ibubapa, ada beberapa clues to detect the child's pickiness:

Is the TV on? Adults tend to overeat when they're watching TV, but that's not true for picky children. Research shows that kids who watch television during meals can become overstimulated, making it harder for them to try new foods.
Is the whole family eating together? Children may be more likely to relax and try new flavors if everyone else is enjoying the same meal. Children shunned most meats, fruits, and vegetables when they were very young. A child who eats alone may also sense your anxiety about their pickiness.
Are you setting a good example? Taste at least a little bit of everything that's served, and show a good attitude about it. Kids are smart, they can tell by the look on your face.

(Fields, 2011)

HOW TO TACKLE THESE PICKY EATERS?

"Macam mana ya madam, it tends to be  difficult to encourage this child to eat wide range of healthy food"
"Ha... we have discussed the cues of picky eaters. The keyword is ENJOY. Kalau kita enjoy what we eat, Insyaallah the toddler will too"
Forcing is not the best thing to do. Forcing a toddler to eat a food he doesn't like or a quantity he can't handle may set him up for problems later on.

" Jadi madam, what is the best solution for these little pickies?"

"Ok, to handle these little fellas tak adala susah sangat. Cuma kena tahu taktik dan tekniknya . Few techniques can be applied:"

  1. LOOK WAYS TO BOOST UP THE NUTRIENT VALUE OF YOUR CHILD FAVOURITE DISH: Kalau anak anda suka makan roti, apa kata anda tambahkan sesuatu yg berkhasiat seperti tomato, ayam yg diracik, kepingan keju.
  2. STRUCTURE THE MEAL:  Pastikan anak anda makan sekurang-kurangnya 3 kali sehari, with TWO healthy snacks in between the meals. Snek sihat ni termasuklah kraker, buah-buahan, yogurt dsb. Kenapa kena struktur? Sebab, kebanyakan kanak-kanak yg memilih makan ini adalah 'peragut' (grazers) who eat a small quantity of food throughout the day. With this structure, parent should ensure that the kids has set meal and snack time so that they eat when they are hungry and lessen the chance of them to eat snack too much.
  3. INTRODUCE NEW FOOD IN SMALL AMOUNT AND ONE TIME: Bila nak memperkenalkan sesuatu makanan yg baru, cuba dalam kuantiti yg sedikit dahulu. Pastikan semasa intro itu, ensure to put his/her favourite food.
  4. SCHEDULE NEW FOOD WHEN YOUR CHILD IS HUNGRY:  Contohnya kalau anak anda lapar, cuba beri dahulu sehiris mangga atau buah2han/sayuran.
  5. DON'T OFFER DESSERT AS A REWARD OF EATING VEGGIES! Anda telah menyebabkan kekeliruan kepada anak anda tentang makanan yg sihat. We want to improve the child's sensory, not to sweet her tooth.
  6. EMPHASIZE STYLE: Pelbagaikan cara hidangan anak anda dengan meletak sayuran yg berwarna warni, susun makanan mengikut corak. BE CREATIVE MAMA.
  7. MINIMIZE DISTRACTIONS AT TABLE: If the sibling running around, TV blasting with cartoons, the child might easily distracted from her meal. Cuba jadikan masa makan tenang.
(Fields, 2011; BBCM advisory board, 2011)

"There's  a lot technique in tackling such issues. Yang penting, anda perlu FAHAM kelatah anak anda. Make the eating environment MORe JOYful and HaPPy!"

ALA.... SUSU BADAN AWAK TAK PEKAT

Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdulillah, my gratitude to Allah swt for His mercy and guidance for me to write for today entry. Yet not enough glucose for my brain to work, the wonder of Allah's guidance had sparked my neurotransmitter to think a TITTLE. That is really hard. Ok, as for today topic, the breastmilk.

"Madam, minggu ni saja kita bercakap pasal lactation and today breastmilk. Ada apa-apa ke madam?"

"Hoho, perlu ada apa-apa ke untuk topik hari ini? Saya pilih tajuk ni sebab saya baru je selesai express milk and observing the milk in the bottle had remind me of my mother saying ' Susu awak ni cair, tak kenyang budak'. I was wondering, whether such statement is true or not. Masakan Allah ciptakan susu untuk bayi tidak kenyang"

KNOW THE TYPE OF BREAST MILK

Yes, even a breast milk come in different phase/type :

  1. COLOSTRUM : Colostrum is the first stage of breast milk that occurs during pregnancy and lasts for several days after the birth of the baby. It is either yellowish or creamy in color. It is also much thicker than the milk that is produced later in breastfeeding. Colostrum is high in protein, fat-soluble vitamins, minerals, and immunoglobulins. Immunoglobulins are antibodies that pass from the mother to the baby and provide passive immunity for the baby. Passive immunity protects the baby from a wide variety of bacterial and viral illnesses. Two to four days after birth, colostrum will be replaced by transitional milk.
  2. TRANSITIONAL MILKTransitional milk occurs after colostrum and lasts for approximately two weeks. The content of transitional milk includes high levels of fat, lactose, water-soluble vitamins, and contains more calories than colostrum.
    Left: Colostrum
    Right: Transitional milk
    See the difference in colour?

  3.  MATURE MILK Mature milk is the final milk that is produced. 90% is water, which is necessary to maintain hydration of the infant. The other 10% is comprised of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats which are necessary for both growth and energy. There are two types of mature milk: foremilk and hind-milk.

    Foremilk: This type of milk is found during the beginning of the feeding and contains water, vitamins, and protein.
    Hind-milk: This type of milk occurs after the initial release of milk and contains higher levels of fat, and is necessary for weight gain.

    Both foremilk and hind-milk is necessary when breastfeeding to ensure the baby is receiving adequate nutrition and will grow and develop properly.
Left: Foremilk is more watery (bluish colour)
Right: Hindmilk looks fatty (yellowish colour)

"Orang tua dahulu pernah cakap, kalau nak susukan anak kena dua-dua belah sebab sebelah adalah 'makanan' dan sebelah adalah 'air'. Saya tak kata konsep ini salah, mungkin ada sebab kenapa dikatakan begitu. BOTH BREASTS have the SAME composition .Pengosongan kedua-dua belah payudara membolehkan susu terhasil lagi cepat dan efisien."

BUT WHY SOME OF THE MILK LOOK THIN AND SOME THICK?

This might be due to the imbalance of foremilk and hindmilk. Sebab apa terjadi macam tu? This usually happens if :

  1. mother have overabundant supply OR
  2. nurse in very short sessions
If this situation happens, the baby will not get enough of the rich fatty milk which may cause excessive gas fussiness and a very green acidic stool. To avoid such, baby should be encouraged to nurse often in order to ease and move the gas. baby usually pass gas  during their nursing session or shortly thereafter.

"Jadi, untuk mengelakkan perkara ini terjadi, it is advisable to let the baby finish the first breast before offering the other  and avoid interruption in order to switch breasts or timed session (10 mins per breast)"

"Tapi kan madam, if the baby nurse, macam mana nak tahu bayi minum hindmilk or foremilk?"

"Ha, memang susah nak distinguish between both. According to what I read from Kelly's, there is NO SHARP DISTINCTION between foremilk and hindmilk. It is a gradual change from the moment of let-down ".

According to Kelly (2011), the composition of the milk changes as feeding progress because every baby varies in the amount of time it takes for him to receive his fill of hindmilk. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT to alow baby to feed for an unlimited amount of time on the first breast. Kelly (2011) also explained that in between feedings, milk collects in mom's breasts. The fat globules stick to the walls of alveoli, high up in the breast near where the milk is made. Between feed, (since the fat is stuck up higher up), some lower-fat milk (foremilk) gradually moves down to fill the milk sinuses. This is where the baby accesses the milk and this is the milk that is available before let down (Kelly, 2011). The let-down reflect help the milk to be squeezed out and available for the baby to milk out.

"Jadi, untuk mengeluarkan sepenuhnya hindmilk (yang kaya dengan lemak), the breast need to be empty because as the breast start to empty, the fat globules become dislodged and move down the ducts. Therefore, lagi lama baby feed, the higher the fat content of the milk coming out the nipple as MORE FAT GLOBULES IS FORCED OUT. "

Figure 1-3 : Fat globules observed under microscope in three different type of milk (infant formula, cow's milk, human milk). We can see that the human milk contains large fat globules (sometime we can see it layered on the top of the milk) as to compare with others.

Jadi ibu-ibu, biarkanlah bayi anda menyusu dengan lama sehingga dia melepaskan sendiri payudara. Tak ada istilah susu tak pekat sebenarnya. Yang penting, pastikan payudara benar-benar kosong.

Hope this info shed some light on the breastfeeding issue. Any comments and added information are welcomed.

HELP ME, MY MILK PRODUCTION SUDDENLY DECREASE DURING MENSTRUAL CYCLE.

Assalamualaikum,

The fifth Ramadhan.. Alhamdulillah.... Serenity and calm.. Itulah kelebihan bulan mulia ini, Alhamdulillah...Baiklah, I wish to share with you some information that sometime nursing mothers would face. The reduction of the milk supply during menstruation.

"Madam, is it true? How do you know that? Does Husna tell you when she feeds?"

" hoho, She does. Sometimes she will gets angry with me as if she wants to tell me that "ummi, the milk is not enough'. And whenever I pump-out the milk,I noticed that the volume was not like the normal I always have. The output is reducing"
Euwwww... Ummi milk taste weirddddd

For a new mother like me, it may create some worries. Few MYTH that may buzzing around the nursing mother during their menstruation period :

  1. Menstruating is THE END of  BREASTFEEDING
  2. The milk go sour or bad
  3. The milk is LESS nutritious

"Hoho, ada juga myth macam tu ye madam. Madam, what is the cause of the  milk-drop during menstruation?"

" Ha... Kita dah belajar sebelum ni yang there are TWO hormones that regulate milk production kan. Apakah dia? Siapa dapat jawab saya belanja cekodok special utk awk"

"Ala madam, satay kajang pun jadila... Hormonnya ialah prolactin and oxytocin. SATAY, SATAY..."

"Hoho... sgt betul... Tapi sebelum satay sampai, Berikan saya the function of that Hormones"

" Errrrrr.....Tak ingat la madam...."

"Haaa... SATAY kajang ileekkk. Ok, Prolactin is responsible for milk production, whilst oxytocin play important role in alveoli muscle contraction that create the 'let down reflects'. "

What is happening, is that prior to menstruation the hormone seem to fluctuate.Do you still remember the previous post whereby the uterus wall begins to thicken ovulation phase) and the progestrone is high during this phase. The increase in progestrone may interfere with prolactin and blood calcium level. For some women, the decrease of blood calcium may result in the low milk supply. However, such effect is temporary whereby the milk production will return to NORMAL once the menstruation begin (Ramsey et al., 2004).

There are some research suggested that calcium supplementation may help in milk reduction during the menstruation. In addition it has been reported that calcium may assist in uterine cramp and premenstrual discomfort.  The dosage is between 500 mg calcium/250 mg magnesium and 1500 mg calcium/750 mg magnesium (the higher dosage is generally more effective). Calcium dosages this high should not be taken alone, but as a calcium/magnesium (or calcium/magnesium/zinc) combination (Kalkwarf et al., 1999).

"Walaubagaimanapun, IT IS THE BEST PRACTICE TO KEEP ON NURSING YOUR BABY DURING MENSTRUATION  to maintain the supply. Remember, the milk production is depend on the milk demand-supply Inilah yang selalu saya buat dan dengan izin Allah, alhamdulillah the milk supply is ongoing produce".

* May this writing light up some issue on lactation during menstruation.

SAKIT PERUT MEMULAS

Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdulilah, dah hari ketiga kita berpuasa. Thanks to Allah for this strength in continuing to worship, doing good deeds in Ramadhan. May Allah keep our heart within His mercy. Baiklah, as for today topic : Sakit perut memulas (In english : stomach bug or stomach flu).

"Hoooo. Weird madam. Does it like a bug in your tummy or what? Or rasa macam 'butterfly in  my stomach?"

"Hoho, butterfly in stomach tu idiom la my dear--> Feeling nervous. Stomach bug is a.k.a GASTROENTERITIS (GI)." p/s: bukan GI joe ye

This is happen to my dearly husband who has sick with stomach bug. Bukan sahaja dia, those of you may experience stomach bug ini especially di bulan puasa selepas makan makanan di bazar.

WHO IS THE CULPRIT?

"I know madam. We have made this presentation before: E-coli, Campylobacter, Shigella, Salmonella"

"90% markah. Syabbasss... But my dear, it's not only bacteria caused gastroenteritis. Parasite like Giardia and chemical toxins produced in seafood may also caused the GI.  Virus pun can caused GI (example norovirus, astrovirus). "

E-coli yang cantik. Have tails (flagella) to move. Tapi tak cantik bila dalam perut

Salmonella. Rod-shaped... This culprit often found in meat and beef

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS?

"Hoho, mestila keluar masuk tandas berkali-kali."

"That's the common symptom. Beside having a loose stool (cirit-birit), nausea and vomiting might also happened. Sometimes, you may experience a low-grade fever (99F)"

Serious symptom may include (YOU SHOULD IMMEDIATELY BE TREATED BY PHYSICIAN. Antidiarrheal or antibiotic maybe prescribed):
  • Vomit or stool that contains blood
  • Long-duration vomiting, such as more than 48 hours
  • Fever that is 101 degrees F. or higher
  • Abdominal swelling or pain in the right lower side of the abdomen
  • Dehydration
 (WebMD, 2009)

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE STOMACH BUG?

  • Wait about 30-60 minutes after the last vomiting to try drinking fluids.
  • Sip small amounts of clear liquids frequently. Try ice chips, sips of water, flat ginger ale , weak tea, diluted apple juice, Gatorade, clear soups, Jell-O.
  • Let your gastrointestinal tract settle by not eating for several hours. (Continue to drink water). Then start with small amounts of bland easy-to-digest food, contohnya  cooked cereals,  bread or bagel (no butter or margarine), toast with jelly, crackers, plain pasta, pretzels or bread sticks, fruits (banana, apple), cooked potatoes,  cooked vegetables, eggs, rice, chicken, turkey, baked fish.
  • KENA REHAT
  • Eat small amounts of bland food frequently for 2-3 days to prevent recurrence.
  • AVOID dairy products, greasy or spicy foods, raw vegetables, caffeine, and alcohol until recovery is complete.

ALA MADAM, KITORANG TAK BOLEH MASAK KAT HOSTEL, TERPAKSA BELI KAT BAZAR

"Eh, boleh je. Saya dah ajar awak semua pasal MAKSOM kan. Pathogen can live longer/multiply if

M - Makanan yang cukup, usually food with high carbohydrate and protein
A - Acidity. pH. Some pathogen can live in specific pH (alkaline/acidity environment)
K - Kelembapan. The higher moisture or water content in your food, the highest colony of pathogen you may found

S - Suhu. Pathogen suka membiak pada suhu bilik
O- Oksigen. Important for pathogen to live
M- Masa. The longer you leave your food in the room temperature, the highest pathogen will replicate (billioooonnnnsssss hokeh)

Jadi kalau terpaksa membeli makanan, make sure makanan tu tak melanggar MAKSOM kat atas. Contohnya nak beli murtabak, kita belila yang panas-panas masak kat situ. Jangan ambil yang dah lama terbiar. The most important is PASTIKAN KEBERSIHAN MAKANAN DAN PENGENDALI MAKANAN.  "

"YEAY, Thanks madam... We will ensure that. Madam, errr... bila nak belanja kitorang SEOUL GARDEN? Sempena bulan yang mulia ini eloklah kita memberi makan, especially utk org mcm kami ni"

Beautiful way of wearing hijab : THE PROPER WAY

Alhamdulilah.. Ramadhan is coming.... Feel so excited as this year I am celebrating it with my lovely cheeky daughter, Husna Zahra. Ok, talking about Ramadhan, teringat masa zaman sekolah dulu. When Ramadhan approached, all ladies are required to wear hijab (for those who're not habitually wear it). I would personally think that such rules may not be so relevant. Still remember one of my bestie grumbled "Panas, suka sangat paksa" Well, it is right; Islam do not force others to accept His belief. What Islam trying to portray is the beauty that lies within the hijab. I came across an article on the proper way of wearing a hijab. My credit to Oh So Muslim for this marvelous, catchy post. Happy reading fella!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hijab in Islam, is basically a “dress code” for Muslim women in public. Many perceive hijab as “traditional” and a form of oppression; but  the truth is, hijab protects and safeguards women from harassment! The wisdom behind hijab is to minimize sexual enticement and most importantly, it is a form of obedience to our Lord, Allah.  Take hijab as your pride, and Insyallah, you will become a better Muslimah.
1. The most basic form of hijab is to cover the whole body, except the hands up to the wrist. Take note that hijab is not only about covering your head with a headscarf, but it’s about covering your body too!  A hijab isn’t complete until both requirements (head and body) are covered.
Related verse from the Quran:
♦”… that they (the believing women) should draw veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers…” [ An-Nur 24:31 ]
2. A proper hijab requires one to wear loose clothes in order to avoid “showing” those beautiful curves! The Prophet (pbuh) has warned us that women who are dressed yet naked (ie: tight-fitting clothes) will receive harsh punishment in Hell (nauzubillah).
Related hadith:
•The Prophet (pbuh) said: “There are two types of people in Hell-fire whom I did not see: People who have with them whips that are like the tails of cow; they strike people with them. And women WHO ARE DRESSED YET NAKED, who are Mumilat (ie: who shake their shoulders when they walk, who draw the attention of those who are looking at them) and Ma’ilat, (ie: they walk in a slanting manner, strutting with a kid on fluidity of motion, so as to attract others)… they will NOT enter Paradise, nor will they smell its fragrance whereas its fragrance would be smelt from such and such distance” [ Sahih Muslim, Book 24, Chapter 26 #5310 ]
3. Think that headscarf or long skirt of yours is solid enough? Look again, it might be transparent and people are able to see the shape of your hair bun or legs! Whatever material or fabric you put on yourself; make sure they are not transparent!
4. Ladies, keep your attire or outfit simple and modest! There’s no need to be flashy in order to attract the attention of others! Most importantly, it should be free of anything that may lead to arrogance, self-conceited, pride and riya’. As ladies, we are to display Allah’s blessings upon us in our clothing, but do it without going to the extreme of wastage or extravagance.
Related hadith:
•The Prophet (pbuh) said: “He who trailed his garment out of pride, Allah would not look towards him on the Day of Resurrection” [ Sahih Muslim, Book 24, Chapter 8 #5195 ]
5. “Are you a girl… or a boy?” Is the type of question other people shouldn’t be asking when it comes to an individual, and we should avoid it at all costs! Dressing up/ looking as the opposite gender is dangerous to self, as it challenges the pride and it brings confusion to others. So ladies, be proud of your girly self! :)
Related hadith:
•”The Prophet (pbuh) cursed the man who dresses like a woman and the woman who dresses like a man” [ Abu Dawood, 4/86 ]
6. Why bother dressing up the others (ie: the unbelievers) when you, as a Muslimah, have your own identity to be proud of? By imitating them outwardly, it might lead to imitating them inwardly (beliefs, characteristics). Muslim ladies too, have their own style and fashion to be proud of! :)
Related hadith:
•The Prophet (pbuh) said: “Be different from the Mushrikin” [ Al-Bukhari, # 4/39 ]
Jom banyakkan pahala di bulan ramadhan.
Assalamualaikum,
(Kali ini rasa nak menulis dalam Bahasa Malaysia sahaja. Penat speaking london :p)
Terasa sangat dekat aura Ramadhan. Tahun ini saya akan berpuasa sebagai seorang ibu dan seorang isteri. Saya dapat rasakan cabaran berpuasa nanti kerana saya masih menyusukan si kecil Husna Zahra saya. Walaubagaimanapun, saya tak mahu jadikan ini satu alasan. Kenapa? Bulan Ramdhan ini bulan yang sgt2 mulia, entah boleh atau tidak saya berjumpa tahun depan. jadi jom pulun habis-habis bulan ini.
"Madam, macam mana kita nak banyakkan pahala di bulan Ramdhan ni ya? Dahla kita kekurangan tenaga, lapar, dari pagi sampai petang kelas, malam kadang2 terawikh pun terlepas"
" Banyak sangat pahala yang Allah berikan pada bulan mulia ni. Kita tahu bulan ni, semua pintu neraka ditutup, pintu syurga dibuka seluas-luasnya. Jadi, sekecil2 kebaikan kita buat, contohnya kita mengelak daripada memijak semut; hatta itupun Allah kurniakan pahala"
"Penat? Memang penat anak2. Tapi tahu tak, orang yang berpuasa ni sebenarnya sangat kuat. Saya teringat  pada masa zaman peperangan Badar di mana peperangan ini terjadi pada 2 Ramadhan. Peperangan ini memperlihatkan kemenangan besar umat Islam yang hanya bejumlah 300 orang jika dibandingkan dengan tentera musyirikin seramai 1000 orang. Hebatkan. Kenapa hebat?"
"Kerana mujahidin dahulu MENDIDIK hati mereka untuk menang kerana Allah"
" Begitu juga dengan kita, jangan jadikan alasan tidak larat untuk tidak bertadarus, bersedekah, dan membuat kebaikan yg lain. Nak PALING MUDAH? SHARE doa, zikir, himpunan nasihat di FB.Ini secara tak langsung kita dapat pahala free mengingatkan rakan2, bahkan kita secara tak langsung mengingatkan diri kita sendiri. hebatkan? "
MAKAN ATAU MELANTAK?
Hoho, terjadi pada sesiapa sahaja, bukan sebab kita lapar, tapi menjurus kepada RAMBANG MATA melihat makanan. Baiklah, menyentuh bab pemakanan (al-maklumlah mengajar nutrition) di bulan puasa, konsepnya sama sahaja. MAKANAN KENA SEIMBANG. Perlu seimbangkan pengambilan Karbohodrat, protein dan Lemak. Senang sahaja, ikut sunnah Nabi kita, as RULES to FOLLOW:
  1. Berbuka dengan tamar dan air. Kalau takda tamar, memadai dengan buah-buahan. kenapa? Kerana apabila kita berpuasa seharian, tubuh kekurangan sumber tenaga ringkas yg datangnya daripada karbohidrat (glukosa, sukrosa). Therefore, immediate energy production is needed.
  2. Selepas solat maghrib, bolehlah menikmati makanan dalam kuantiti yang banyak sedikit. JANGAN BANYAK SGT macam ULAR SAWA. Memadai dengan rasa kenyang (bukan kenyang melampau) kerana kita perlu untuk bersolat Isyak dan terawikh.
  3. Selepas terawikh, bolehla mengambil makanan snek, tidak terlalu berat (contoh: bubur kacang, buah2, kuih). Kalau kita makan terlalu berat sebelum tidur, ini akan membebankan perut. Banyak tenaga akan digunakan utk proses penghadaman, bukan untuk proses pemulihan.
  4. Jangan lupa banyakkan minum air, lebih2 lagi untuk ibu yang menyusu (3 litre sehari)
Bulan puasa ni sebenarnya melatih nafsu kita, dan seharusnya memberi rehat pada tubuh. Akan tetapi sebaliknya berlaku. Kalau teringin sangat hendak membeli makanan di bazar, boleh. Tapi pilihla yang BERSIH, BERKHASIAT (tidak banyak minyak). Lagi nikmat jika kita sama2 dapat menyediakan juadah berbuka, lagi rapat silaturrahim.
JOM SAMA-SAMA MEMERIAHKAN BULAN RAMADAHAN INI
Supplemen yang boleh membantu ketika puasa. Semoga dapat memperbanyakkan ibadah di bulan mulia ini
